At PaxieBot, we take pride in the quality of our handwriting robots and your satisfaction is our top priority.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with a clear and fair refund policy.

 

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your product if:

  • The item is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

  • You have a proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

Returns must be approved by our support team before being shipped back.

⚠️ Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

 

2. Return Process

To start a return:

  1. Contact us at PaxieBotSupport@protonmail.com within 30 days of delivery.

  2. Include your order number, reason for return, and photos or videos (if applicable).

  3. Our support team will provide return instructions and a return address.

  4. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

 

3. Refunds

  • If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a PaxieBot error (e.g., defective or wrong item).

  • In cases of defective or damaged items, we may offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

 

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to manufacturing defects or shipping damage, PaxieBot will cover the return shipping cost.

  • For personal reasons (e.g., you changed your mind or ordered the wrong model), the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

 

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Customized or special-order products

  • Items that have been used, modified, or damaged by the customer

  • Products returned after 30 days of delivery

  • Gift cards or promotional items

 

6. Damaged or Defective Products

If your PaxieBot arrives damaged or malfunctions upon arrival:

  1. Contact PaxieBotSupport@protonmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Include your order number and evidence (photos/videos).

  3. We’ll offer a repair, replacement, or refund based on your case.

 

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Recheck your bank account or credit card statement.

  2. Contact your bank or payment provider — it may take time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received it, please contact us at PaxieBotSupport@protonmail.com.
