At PaxieBot, we are committed to providing high-quality handwriting robots built for precision, durability, and creativity. Every PaxieBot product is carefully tested before shipment to ensure it meets our performance standards.
To protect your purchase, we offer a 12-month limited warranty from the date of delivery.
1. Warranty Coverage
This warranty covers any manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period.
During the 12-month period, PaxieBot will:
- Repair defective components at no charge,
- or Replace the product (or parts) with new or refurbished equivalents,
- or Provide technical support to help resolve issues remotely.
Replacement products or parts will carry the remaining warranty of the original unit or 90 days, whichever is longer.
2. What Is Covered
- Mechanical malfunctions caused by production defects
- Electronic control board or motor issues caused by manufacturing errors
- Software or firmware malfunction not caused by third-party modification
- Power supply issues originating from internal failure (not due to misuse)
3. What Is Not Covered
The PaxieBot warranty does not cover:
- Damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, or neglect
- Normal wear and tear (including pen, belts, bearings, etc.)
- Accidental damage (drops, spills, impact, or fire)
- Unauthorized disassembly, modification, or repair
- Software damage caused by viruses, hacking, or third-party interference
- Damage due to incorrect voltage or unstable power supply
- Losses caused by shipping delays, customs, or user data loss
Note: This warranty applies only to original purchasers who buy directly from PaxieBot or authorized distributors.
4. Warranty Claim Procedure
To make a warranty claim, please follow these steps:
