This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your orders.

1. Order Processing:
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and carrier details.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time:
We offer reliable global shipping through trusted logistics partners (e.g., DHL, FedEx, UPS, or EMS).
North America, 7–15 business days, DHL / FedEx / UPS;
Europe, 7–15 business days, DHL / FedEx / UPS;
Asia, 5–10 business days, EMS / SF Express;
Oceania, 10–20 business days, DHL / FedEx;
Other Regions, 15–25 business days, Selected logistics partner.
Please note: Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, local carrier delays, or unforeseen events.

3. Shipping Fees:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Occasionally, free shipping promotions may apply — these will be clearly stated on our website.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees, which are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
Customers are responsible for paying any applicable customs fees upon delivery.
PaxieBot is not responsible for delays caused by customs processes.

5. Order Tracking:
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.
You can track your order anytime via our Order Tracking Page or directly through the carrier’s website.

6. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages:
We take great care in packaging every PaxieBot product. However, if your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated delivery time: Please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date). Email: PaxieBotSupport@protonmail.com.
Include your order number, tracking ID, and photos (if applicable).
We’ll assist you in filing a claim or arranging a replacement.

7. Shipping Restrictions:
We currently ship to most countries worldwide.
Some regions may have restrictions due to logistics or import regulations.
If we cannot deliver to your address, our team will contact you to arrange an alternative solution.
